1. Contact the network on the number below to Blacklist the mobile immediately.

2. You need to report the theft to the nearest police station and obtain a case number within 24 hours of the incident, thereafter contact Phonesured on 0860109529 to proceed with your claim.
3. Call the Phonesured Call Centre on 0860109529 with the Case number. The Call Centre will fax you the Blacklist Form (download it here) and the Incident Form (download it here).
4. Complete the forms and fax the Incident Form back to us on 0866393910 immediately and the Blacklist Form to the number provided below this form immediately.
5. The Administration Department will start processing your claim once you provide the blacklist reference number.

1. You must contact Phonesured during office hours for an Incident Form.
2. We will arrange for the Authorized Repair Centre to collect your handset.
3. Authorised Repair Centre will determine the problem and inform Phonesured.
4. You must complete the Incident Form. You can download it here. Fax the completed form back to the Phonesured Administrators on 0866393109.
5. Please DO NOT take the mobile to any store for repairs.
